Touch is forming its founding cohort of clinicians. We are looking for forty practitioners across Canada with depth — not just identity — in the work this community needs.
№ 01Who we are looking for

BIPOC or deeply community-embedded.
We prioritise lived experience, and we welcome practitioners who do not identify as BIPOC but have spent their career in deep, accountable work with these communities.

Trained in trauma, not just titled in it.
Verifiable trauma training — EMDR, somatic, IFS, narrative, or equivalent depth.

Two years post-licensure.
We are not the right home for a clinician's first practice. We will be in two years — please come back then.

Available virtually.
Sessions are virtual to start. We may add select in-person partnerships in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary later.

Comfortable being recommended, not searched.
Touch does not have a directory. Your clients come from intake-driven matches. We will tell you why we sent each one.

№ 02What we offer
- A flat monthly fee.$185/month. We do not take a cut of your sessions. We do not mark up your rate to clients. What you bill is what you bill.
- Hand-curated referrals.Every client sent to you has been read by our founder and matched to your specific approach. Expect three to six well-fitted matches per quarter for an active practice.
- A peer community.Quarterly virtual gatherings. A private channel for clinical consultation. No mandatory CEs, no toxic positivity.
- Cultural humility, not cultural performance.We are not asking you to perform your identity. We are asking you to do your work.
- A say in what we build.Founding-cohort clinicians shape the practice. Your input is the difference between a platform and a profession.

We do not have an application form. We have an inbox and a founder who reads everything. Send a note about yourself, your practice, who you serve, and what brought you to us — anywhere from a paragraph to a page. We respond to every email.
